Thank you!! Right now I'm just working on getting the books to the Kickstarter Backers (Campaign here---> [link] ) which is over, but there may be a handful of leftover books for those that missed it (estimated to be finished in September). Here's a form for the notification list if there are any left! [link] Thank you so much for the kind words!
Thank you so much for replying and helping me out! I've been on the look out for weeks now but I guess I still missed the Kickstarter. (whatever that may be ) I don't really have that much experience in buying stuff online from other countries so I think that's why I missed the whole kickstarter thing. Esecially for this book I even made paypal account because I really really want to have your books!!
I especially adore your style, it really speaks to me. And being a very big fan of Peter Pan, I was instantly in love with your comic. I do a bit of Peter Pan art myself. Just for fun though, nothing professional. And I would be honored if you would take a look at it to give your opinion? I want to learn to be a great artist
I'm pretty sure I've seen some variant of that pose in my own boys as well.
I know how much it means to have detailed commentary rather than the millionth "wow, this is great" (as gratifying as that is). I'm still working at getting good at it, lol. But seriously, I'm just in awe of all this. Never having been into the comic genre, I'm immersing myself in it late as I'm busy working on a fancomic myself, and your work is so inspiring to me as an example of the level of artistry to which to aspire.
This GN is part 1, which is approx. the first third of the novel, so we won't be REALLY seeing Hook (beyond vague foreboding images) until Neverland. Hope he's worth the wait! I have so much planned for him in particular.
No problem, Renae. I keep a hardcopy of your Last Unicorn comic I was given for my birthday. I hope one day its turned into a movie. Also, I hope I could maybe help you one day if you ever decide to do Wizard of Oz?
